    Is whey protein supplement healthy at my age and weight?
    Hi, I go to the gym 5 times a week and I always take Myoplex 20g protein after my workout and was wondering if Whey Protein is healthy for me. I am 16 with a hight of 1.73m and I weigh 98kg.

    Yes you need it and its healthy, and you should have more like 40 grams of protein after your workout.
