what about body fortress? it says aspartame free but it also says super advanced I just started trying to lose weight and get tone so I am all over the place as far as how to do this. I’m a woman but most the women who are training women never speak about whey protein benefits and I’ve been taking note in a biology class about the importance of proteins in the body and it hit me! How in the are you going to get fit without it and why hadn’t I heard about it before… madness!
