WHOA!!! just made this stuff!!! excellent! make sure you use a powder you like. i used jello chocolate pudding mix, french vanilla creamer, and chocolate protein! amazing stuff- great job

To put it simply…. if you over consume calories of any sort you will probably put on some body fat. If you under eat you will probably lose some body fat. Of course that is an oversimplification, but we are limited on space here. you should come up to our forum so we can get into details.
