Home Made Protein Ice Cream with Whey protein
http://www.buybulkwhey.com CW from Texas took a recipe for “blender made ice cream” from the blendtec.com website and asked us if we could convert it into protein ice cream. Let me tell you… it was GOOD!
We modified the original recipe, because we love chocolate, but I imagine this could be modified in several different ways.
Here’s how we did ours.
8 oz Non-Dairy Creamer (fat free or regular)
3 heaping tablespoons sugar free chocolate pudding
2 scoops buybulkwhey protein powder
2 cups cubed ice
Blend, blend, blend. This one takes a little work sometimes. You may have to stop blending in the middle and shake the blender jar around and start blending again. Make sure ice goes in last and it should turn out pretty good.

To put it simply…. if you over consume calories of any sort you will probably put on some body fat. If you under eat you will probably lose some body fat. Of course that is an oversimplification, but we are limited on space here. you should come up to our forum so we can get into details.
