    The high end is 2 …
    The high end is 2 grams per lbs of body weight, this is for seriuos weight gainers.
    For average ppl who work out it’s 1-1.5 grams per lbs of body weight.
    and the low end is 0.5 grams per lbs of body weight.

    Also if your trying to lose weight it the body weight you desire not what you are.

    I read this some where… can’t remember where, but hopefully it gives you a starting point
