How much is one scoop of whey protein powder?
I just bought ON 100% Whey Protein yesterday. The label says to take "one scoop" per serving. I’m not sure how much exactly one scoop is. The jar didn’t include a scoop either. I dug deep into the jar and even poured out all the powder. Still nothing. I would highly appreciate if I can get some reasonable answers. Thank you.

If you are using a tablespoon, use two tablespoons:) Also, make sure you are consuming a high quality chemical free whey protein minus the fillers and additives.

From here it says : 24g of protein per scoop and apparently 1 scoop is 32 g of that powder
Usually it should contain a scoop but i guess you’ll have to weigh it and find out how much you need.

try again! it must be a scoop somewhere in the jar. however, 1 scoop is about 5 soup spoons
