		<description>5 hours unrefrigerated should not be a problem. I used to carry it in a &quot;Tupperware&quot; tumbler - pack it at 8 a.m. in the morning and drink it around 1 p.m. It was not refrigerated. It does taste good. Beyond 6 hours, I have my own doubts. It could get spoiled.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;My own experience.</description>
