Is this how you are suppose to take protein?
one of the people at my job decides that he is going to build muscle. he already works out a lot but now he decided to take whey protein. so now he is take the whey protein 6 times a day every 3 hour and eating regular meals. (about 40g of protein in each shake)
Is this a good way to get muscle?
Can your body handle that much protein?

It is some good nutrition, It keeps you full, but drinking it hours before and hours after a workout wont do much.
You cant expect muscle to just grow by drinking a drink.
It works better if you drink some within 30 minutes after a work out.
yeah because its a basic meal re placer for him. with a lot of protein and probably vitamins as well. your daily protein intake should be 2 grams for every kilo.
