is it bad to take whey protein for post workout and muscle milk at night?
I am 17 years old, 135 pounds 5’9. I am naturally skinny and was looking to put on a few extra pounds. I have just recently started taking whey protein after I workout and muscle milk at night..Is this a good combination to gain muscle and weight? Thanks !
I’ve done the same thing every night since July and I haven’t gained weight..but It hink I’ve gained muscle (lost fat, added muscle so I guess it evened out) but I’m naturally thin too, 5’2” and 104 lbs. I’m not sure what else to do either to be honest, good luck though!
