also, if you go outside and run how much does that help? also, its nasty so what should i mix with it???

well if it does not say on the lable always ask the person you bought it from like gnc store. i believe its before and after you take 15mins before a work out 20mins after mix it i dont no try different things lemmon juice Orange juice apple juice w/e you want to try. you go out side and run then take protien tht what you mean .. hmm take it b4 you go out for a run good thing.

    take it both before and after a workout. if you want you can eat something before the workout instead of taking the shake.Mix it with milk. Stop being a baby
