
How should I take whey protein?
I have some whey protein and I try to take it mixed in with milk or hot water, but it meshes up into sticky balls, and I can’t drink it I kind of have to chew it. This is not an effective way to take it so is there a way to take it without it "clumping" up?
Mine clumps up too. I just down the sucker. I aint doin it for taste.

You have a couple of options. Buy a shaker cup or use a blender. Both are effective ways of keeping the clumps away…much better than mixing with a spoon!
The shaker cup is obviously more convenient if you are on the run or want to drink the shake right after the gym. It’s also much cheaper.

Buy a shaker cup at a health food store like Smoothie King. That always helps.
I think it’s good to take a half serving of protein powder with 2% milk. The extra fat and carbs in the milk is actually good for you. you need that stuff to burn body fat and build muscle. It’s always better to take your protein with other stuff along with it. It gets digested better, and your body can use it more effectively.

You need to make your that your whey protein is instatized for easy mixing. Also, make sure it is chemical free and free of additives and fillers.
