16 years old, 5'9'' 150 lbs. Is it a medically acceptable choice to take whey protein? Explained 'yes' or 'no'
I already know how much protein to take, how to eat healthy diets, and what kind of proteins there are. I just want to know if I should start taking whey and building muscle at age 16.
im ur age that height but 130 lbs and i will probably take protein when i join the gym in two months but i dnt think u need extra protein at that weight if u want to get buffer just exercise and if u want to get thiner take protein and lessen ur eating habbits and exercise

Whey and Casein are a great mix largely due to the fact that casein is slowly digested. That being said, you would want to consume casein at night for tissue repair. As a rule of thumb always consume a chemical free whey product minus the fillers and additives.
gold standard whey protein?
ive been taking 2 full scoops of 100% gold standard 2 times a day for 2weeks now,my main aim is to put on some healthy weight,im 19,female,41 kgs.
i do light exercises like squats,jogging,stomach crunches.
i haven’t put on any Weight as yet,im even having foods like cheese,walnuts etc
should i keep taking the protein powder?
