how long should I wait after I have taken liquid aminos to take whey protein?

For those who doesn’t know and want to earn some points here by answering me nothing (u know who I mean here) amino acids and whey protein powders are food suplements and they are not used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

From what I gather…, liquid aminos is just a complete amino acid in liquid from…, (if it is actually something else…, see a doctor) but anyways…, it doesn’t matter when you take it…, both the same thing…, the only thing I would do is take it within one hour of working out…

What is the best whey protein powder on the market?

For some one who is just trying to gain a little bit of muscle, and get toned. Not huge, so I don’t want any gainers. Just looking for the best quality product…

I always stick with a high quality chemical free whey product minus the fillers and additives. The price is right for me and the taste is great!

What are the advantages of taking a whey protein supplement with water as opposed to milk?

I have been taking different whey protein supplements for about 8 months or so. Some of them specify they can be taken with either milk or water while some only state water should be used. Is there any advantages or disadvantages to taking whey powder with milk? Why do some specify the use with water only? I have been thinking that taking it with milk would increase the protein intake as well as introducing casein into the equation as a protein that is more slowly absorbed.

Using milk would add calcium and vitamins. The catch is it would add fat. Some might prefer the taste.

Using water makes it lower calorie.
