I have BCAA amino acids which has 3 types of amino. My whey protein has however a wide array of aminos high quantity. So is the whey protein better?

If you are consuming a high quality chemical free whey protein minus the fillers and additives, than you will not need to consume both. Quality whey protein is far better.

I am 17 years old and i have been working out for about two months so im a beginner. I am active in high level soccer so i am constantly exercising, if that is relevant to this. My friend told me to start on a whey or whey isolate protein supplement and then get syntha-6. Is there a "best" or which is better for me in my situation?

Always go with a high quality chemical free whey protein minus the fillers and additives. There are some great whey products that are very inexpensive as well.

When would be the best time to take whey protein? Before or after a workout? What are the benefits of both? How much time before or after? I lift weights but also do a lot of cardio. Thanks!

My friends work out and use Whey Protein. Usually they take half before and half after but you should look on the instructions.
