optimum whey protein?
how helpful is optimum whey protein in gaining muscle mass.
should i go for 2lbs or 5 lbs.
which is best flavor.
what is the cost of optimum gold standard whey protein with neulife logo.
I live in ncr.
the bigger 5lbs sizes are usually more ecnomical… and better buys
5lbs should not be more then 60 – 70 dollars otherwise its too much money!
i say chocolate is the best flavour!
but u have to also eat lots of real food to gain mass.. not just whey
and u need one gram of protein for each pound u weigh
