It is not easy for us to plan both losing weight and gaining muscle. I use an exercise program which inlcudes both of these plans. You are on the right path as far as focusing on your nutrition:) Always, consume ample amounts pf carbs, proteins, and GOOD fats. Also make sure you are consuming a high quality chemical free whey protein minus the fillers and additives.
