Comment on the back of my protein shake?
I am taking Designer Whey protein in the morning pretty much as a substitute for breakfast. It only has 2 g of sugar and the calories from fat are right at .20, which is what I need.
However, I was reading the label. "For supplement use only. Do not use for weight loss".
Is this the company covering their butt for someone looking for a liquid protein diet or will this make me gain weight?
