Whats the best whey protein to buy? *best value too?

    I currently take gnc’s pro performance with 20g of protein. i’m thinking about switching to optimum nutrition’s gold standard with 24g protein.

      All this GNC crap is a waste of money. More protein in your diet does not equal bigger muscles. If the steroid freaks on the labels sexually excite you, surf the porno sites, it is cheaper. And remember most of these questions and the answers come from GNC sales people.
