Also, my chest siz has increased ...and although I've been neglecting my abs for favor of upper body so I can get into Air Assault school, I can still see the faint outline of my abs... Like the other poster said it really doesn't matter which you buy cuz protein is basically protein. The price of the both Six Star proteins I had were no more than 15 dollars for 2lbs. Prolly the lowest price available.<br><b>References : </b><br>Also, I like the Isopure 100 Whey Protein Drink...they taste really great and supposedly they absorb quicker into the system.Good after workouts. I used to get mine at GNC. They have some good deals on the big tubs of it. Doesn't really matter what brand, just get the cheapest (100% Whey Protein). I think GNC's brand is usually pretty cheap. Worked for me. If you want to, get some creatine powder to mix in (but be sure to drink a lot of water).
