Best whey protein for your money?
What is the best whey protein in nutrition and cost?
The one I used while I was in the military was Six Star Vanilla Whey…that was just a basic formula and it worked pretty well….tho the one I bought now that I’m home is a newer version that is called Six Star Professional Strength Whey Protein…so far its been pretty benificial…I passed my PT test which I had failed using it and training. Also, my chest siz has increased …and although I’ve been neglecting my abs for favor of upper body so I can get into Air Assault school, I can still see the faint outline of my abs… Like the other poster said it really doesn’t matter which you buy cuz protein is basically protein.
The price of the both Six Star proteins I had were no more than 15 dollars for 2lbs. Prolly the lowest price available.

If you’re looking to build muscle with it… I used to get mine at GNC. They have some good deals on the big tubs of it. Doesn’t really matter what brand, just get the cheapest (100% Whey Protein). I think GNC’s brand is usually pretty cheap. Worked for me. If you want to, get some creatine powder to mix in (but be sure to drink a lot of water). GNC also makes inexpensive creatine.

Also, I like the Isopure 100 Whey Protein Drink…they taste really great and supposedly they absorb quicker into the system.Good after workouts.
